Secondly, with your carpenter, Joseph. He was very thorough with his work and made sure that the roller stripe was level in the maid bedroom, as our floor or the wall is not level. He did a fantastic job and we would recommend your company to any future customers. Joseph also cleaned up after his work was completed, a sign of a true professional.

I am writing to let you know how impressed I am with my new built-in robes. I have had four robes installed (one being a linen closet) and each of them has exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance and functionality.

From the initial contact I had with T&T right through to the final installation of the robes I found all of the staff friendly and willing to make any changes I required. In particular I would like to commend the office staff, Linda and Gail, for being friendly and helpful.

I am writing in appreciation of your installer you sent to put in the built-in for me. He worked non-stop for more than three hours to complete the job, and with every care taken i.e putting old sheets over my carpet in bedroom etc. The meticulous way he finished the assembly of the wardrobe. The entire wardrobe fitted very professionally and when he had finished, he made sure everything was cleaned, vacuumed etc. and as I mentioned to the lady on the phone, he would have to be the most professional in his job, as other tradesmen left a mess, not finished a job to satisfaction, whereas he was excellent. I’m glad I phoned you guys to do the Built-in, which looks lovely, materials etc, the excellent way it all went together.

I thank all concerned at your factory, also Aaron whom came out and drew up the plan. He was also very, very nice and did his part professionally also. From my point of view you all should give yourselves a pat on the back for the excellent Customer Service, quality of workmanship and lovely manners of those nice people whom are working for you.

I just want to comment on one of your staff. I’ve been trying to get quotes for B.I.W. and new internals for my daughters existing wardrobe from other companies. On a few occasions I gave up straight away. Another time sales reps didn’t show up for my appointment and nobody rang me to tell me he was not coming or what was happening.

I had an appointment with Aaron, your sales rep. I was absolutely impressed. He came on time, very presentable and very pleasant. He didn’t waste my or his time. We worked out straight away what my needs were, helped me to confirm all I needed to know in a very professional way. He then took measurements and drew his design, calculated it all and presented me with his design and cost. I was impressed with his calm and professional manner.

Very happy with the final outcome. I felt like he knew exactly what my needs are. I was very satisfied with the cost as well. I found Aaron very confident, pleasant, professional sales person, with knowledge of his product and company. All was very quick, professional and easy. Well done!

This letter is to comment on the high level of service Aaron showed when he came to measure and quote on wardrobes.

He phoned to arrange a time and arrived on time. He introduced himself at the door, was neat and tidy, had sound product knowledge, measured one wardrobe in number 3, three wardrobes in number 5.

He said he would return to the office and fax me a copy of all the wardrobe quotes, which I received next morning when he had said I would have it.

I phoned the office to arrange installation, where I told Gail of Arron’s high level of professionalism. He is a great asset to your company.

Just a note to express our great appreciation for the installation of wardrobes in the main and second bedrooms at our Carlingford home.

The criteria for built-ins in the modernization of our 35 year old home were demanding. Our expectations were likewise demanding.

T & T were not the first manufacturer to whom we turned for help. After weeks of phone calls, visiting showrooms and consultation with other manufacturers we were still not anywhere close to the mark.

Left somewhat disconsolate at our prospects, we chose T & T ‘with a pin’ from the many advertisements in our local paper, truthfully, not expecting much different to anything we had already experienced.

However, from the first phone call to T & T things were different. An appointment was made, the consultant arrived exactly on time, listened to our needs, and sat down and immediately designed and priced the job, so close to our needs that we continued negotiations with this company alone until the new cupboards were designed, installed and paid for.

We can do nothing but compliment everybody at T & T for their courtesy, integrity, expertise and efficiency. We are simply over the top with our job. After weeks of use the new cupboards are working beautifully, look classic and will enhance our home and its sale ability if needs arise. Every aspect of our demanding criteria has been met far beyond expectation.
